「 何軒目に住んでいますか？ 」 の英語

前回に続いて「　何軒目に住んでいますか　」の疑問形についてちょっと考えてみます。アパートやビルの場合、「　ここから何軒目(部屋)に彼は住んでいますか　」　How many doors off does he live?となります。　また、「　角から何軒目があなたのお家ですか　」の場合は、　 How many houses from the corner is yours?　(　Mine is two houses from the corner.　) 　Which house is yours from the corner?　(　My house is the second from the corner.　)　です。 もちろん、　　　　Where is your house? 　Where do you live?でもいいのですが。
